Groupe Incidences originally sprung in 1995 from Voile Système La Rochelle, the sail-making company created in 1979. Today the group employs 100 people over 4 different locations: Brest, La Rochelle, Lorient and Fréjus on the Mediterranean, and represents 7200 sqm of sail loft, with a turnover of 10 million Euros.

While Incidences is best known for its multihull sails and offshore racing results, its production remains diversified. Small or large, all projects benefit from the group’s know-how.

The group has the same management team: Jean-Baptiste Le Vaillant and Frédéric Charpail in La Rochelle, Christophe and Bertrand Cudennec in Brest.
